I suffer from Gerd. Can I take guava leaves tea and if so, how many times. How many leaves should be used or whether the leaves can be eaten raw or boiled to make tea. Please help me
The content is excellent. For gerd guava leaves give you excellent result. I drink guava tea for gerd. Take 6 to 7 tender guava leaves .wash it thoroughly. Boil it in 200 ml of the water for 7 minutes. Add some fennel seeds too along with the guava leaves. Filter it and drink the tea when it is Luke warm. Try this twice a day. Best time to drink the tea is early morning in empty stomach and night 1 hour before going to bed.
