Good information but some idea about intake quantities for children,young teens, adults and senior citizens needs to be suggested. Combinations of foods like milk , bread , tea etc. also are required to be known including incompatibility

I would like to say that, i have started having moong and chana sprouts with cucumber, onion and some green chilly mixed together as breakfast for weight loss. I have noticed that my tummy seems to be full with a bowl, and i feel energetic.
I just wanted to know if sprouts give same protein as eggs.
Can i continue this for long, i mean should i make it a habit to have sprouts for breakfast.
