Water: Water is very important to cure constipation. It is recommended that one should drink 8-10 glasses of water every day. Drinking water more and more quantity of water early morning on empty stomach and followed by light exercises is extremely beneficial for the entire digestive system. Normal water should be preferred, especially water keeping in a copper vessel overnight. Drinking water is one of the important tips to get treated from constipation.
Green and Leafy Vegetables:Fresh green and leafy vegetables are very useful in curing of constipation. These fresh vegetables are having abundant amount of fiber and roughage, which ease in digestion and helps in constipation treatment.
