The marvel star herself confessed that “I am stronger and more capable now than I was 10 years ago”. Lifting 500 pounds, 245-pound deadlift, pull-up series, single-leg pistol squats, and push-up reps with a 45-pound plate on her back are some of the few workout regimens of the Endgame star. However, her favorite workout routine includes deadlifts, pull-ups, military presses, pistol squats, and kettlebell swings.

Eric is the co-founder of Homage, a New York-based fitness workout company, which especially trained the Hollywood stars.   • Snack: Same as a low-carb smoothie
  • Lunch: 4 oz. chicken or 200 g turkey mince, Green veggies, salad or stir fry, 30 g avocado or salad dressing, 100 g white rice
  • Dinner: 4 oz. chicken breast or fish 100 g white rice, Green veggies, salad

  • Day2: full body fat burning and weight loss: treadmill warm-up, Push up, Air squat, Pull up, Lateral lunge, Bicep curl, Tricep pushdown, jump rope, medicine ball slams, wall balls, medicine ball oblique toss, medicine ball front squat, medicine ball chest pass, liss cool down
  • Day3: Yoga and relaxation day: Day 3 is the day of recovery from strenuous exercise. The sexy actress likes to perform yoga, stretching, and relaxation exercises.  
  • Day4: full-body strength training: It includes trap bar deadlift, barbell bench press, Bulgarian split squat, inverted row, and hip thrust.
  • Day5: active recovery: She likes to perform yoga, SMR, and static stretching.
  • Day6: full body fat burning program: Day six include treadmill warm-up, kettlebell row, kettlebell swing, kettlebell press, kettlebell Romanian deadlift, kettlebell goblet squat, water rowing machine, dumbbell curl, dumbbell squat, dumbbell overhead extension, dumbbell hammer curl, dumbbell kickback, liss cool down
  • Day 7: It’s the day of recovery.
