  1. I practised Bhujangadana for 4 days ; 5 breathes on both sides , three rounds a day. Gradually , my body pain increased and body heat worsened. Even after 10 days now , my body heat persists and I feel restless, poor sleep, what could be the reason ? Could you pl guide me to come out of this inconvenient condition.
