List of Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences ( BNYS ) Government and Private Colleges in India

Naturopathy Colleges in India: BNYS Degree Guide

Naturopathy is one of the essential drugless disciplines of the AYUSH system of medicine. It uses natural modalities such as mud therapy, hydrotherapy, chromotherapy, diet therapy, magnet therapy, and massage to promote and preserve health. The Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) is a 5.5-year degree program (including a compulsory internship) that qualifies graduates to practice as naturopathy physicians.

This guide lists BNYS and Naturopathy colleges across India, organised state-wise, with addresses, affiliated universities, and contact details where available.

Career in Naturopathy

One can make a career in Naturopathy and Yoga to become a Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) physician after passing 12th standard with Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. There are many medical colleges for Naturopathy and Yoga in India. The scope of BNYS doctors is available both within and outside the country.

Jobs in Naturopathy

In foreign countries, BNYS doctors are in high demand, especially in five-star hotels, health resorts, and spa centres as naturopathy specialists. Job opportunities are also available in both government and private sectors. For government jobs, one can apply in the Department of AYUSH, Central Council for Research in Yoga & Naturopathy (CCRYN), Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY), and National Institute of Naturopathy (NIN).
