    I would like to say that, i have started having moong and chana sprouts with cucumber, onion and some green chilly mixed together as breakfast for weight loss. I have noticed that my tummy seems to be full with a bowl, and i feel energetic.
    I just wanted to know if sprouts give same protein as eggs.
    Can i continue this for long, i mean should i make it a habit to have sprouts for breakfast.
