It is an advanced cum intensive yoga training course, considered as AYUSH Level-2 yoga teachers. The course syllabus covers an in-depth study of asanas, pranayamas, and kriyas, besides other topics.

• Duration: 3 months (500 hours)
• Timings: Monday to Saturday, 6.30 am to 8.00 pm
• Admission: Open to all
• Age: Minimum 18 years
• Registration: Prior registration is a must for international students

It is an advanced cum intensive yoga training course, considered as AYUSH Level-2 yoga teachers. The course syllabus covers an in-depth study of asanas, pranayamas, and kriyas, besides other topics.

• Duration: 7 months (500 hours)
• Timings: Monday to Saturday; 5.00 am to 8.00 pm; Sunday: 9.30 am to 10.00 am
• Admission: Open to all
• Age: Minimum 18 years

Two Years of advanced Yoga teacher training course

It is an advanced and comprehensive yoga training course conducted in English and considered as AYUSH Level-2 yoga teachers. The course syllabus covers an in-depth study of asanas, pranayamas and kriyas, besides other topics. It is an intensive yoga course. The course has been designed with special consideration for working professionals.

• Duration: 2 years (500 hours)
• Timings: Saturday: 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm; Sunday: 9.30 am to 1.300 pm
• Eligibility: Successful completion of 7 days of health camp or 1-month basic teachers training course or 3 months training.
