  2. I have been using soap nuts to wash my hair for little over a month, I have more soap nuts that I
    cooked and put in the refrigerator. To make it in a shampoo do I cook it again? what do you do to make it into shampoo? There are about 10-15 cooked soap-nuts and I want to make it into shampoo. How is this done?

    • Do you still use soapnut I had radiation and it left my scalp and body very dry and scale did you find out how to make the shampoo l have a tree and they are green when do you pull them off

    • Avoid regular basis use……apply some coconut oil or any hair oil as per your wish,leave it for one hour or more…then after you wash your head with reetha

    • Try Shikakai instead or mix the two together to see how that works. You could also try adding Amla. Some people mix all three together. Different methods work for different hair textures.

  3. Even I am facing the hairfall problem, so will reetha help me to get more hair and can it remove the dandruff i have on my head? Please help me to get some good idea regarding the solutions of my hairfall problem.

    • Avoid sun. Don’t eat spicy food. Avoid fast food. only wash with cold water, even in winter. practice Shirsasana and kapal bharti, it takes only 5 minutes. Do not shampoo everyday. Use baby shampoo. Chew your meal 30-40 times.
