Parmarth Niketan Beginner’s Founder Yoga

  • Duration: 2 week
  • Experience: No
  • Instructions: English
  • Course includes yogic practices: Prayer, Suryanamaskar, Basic asana of Hath Yoga, Vedic chanting, Karma Yoga, Ganga Havan, and Aarti
  • Yoga Schedule: Winter: January 1st –January 13th; Spring:  April 9th –April 21st; Summer: July 16th –July 28th; Fall: September 3rd –September 15th.

Parmarth Niketan Beginner’s Intensive Yoga

  • Duration: One week
  • Experience: Need some experience
  • Instructions: English
  • Course includes yogic practices: Prayer, Suryanamaskar, Basic asana of Hath Yoga, Vedic chanting, Karma Yoga, Yoga philosophy, Meditation, Bhakti yoga, Ganga Havan and Aarti
  • Yoga Schedule: Spring:  April 23rd –April 29tht and Winter: December 17th  –December 23rd

Parmarth Niketan Intensive Yoga

  • Duration: Two weeks
  • Experience: One year regular yoga practice
  • Instructions: English
  • Course includes yogic practices: Prayer, Pranayama, Suryanamaskar, traditional basic asana of Hath Yoga, Intensive yoga asana practice, Yoga in Bhagavad Gita, Yoga in Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Vedic chanting, Karma Yoga, Yoga philosophy, Meditation, Bhakti yoga, Ganga Havan and Aarti
  • Yoga Schedule: Winter: January 22nd –February 3rd ; Summer: May 21st –June 22nd and August 6th –August 18th

Parmarth Niketan Kriya Yoga & Meditation

  • Duration: Two weeks
  • Experience: No
  • Instructions: English
  • Course includes yogic practices: Focus on a better understanding of Chakras. It comprises Pratyahara (Control of senses), Dharana (Concentration), and Dhyan (Meditation) and also includes  prayers, Pranayama, traditional basic asana of Hath Yoga, Ganga Havan and Aarti, Yoga Nidra after dinner
  • Yoga Schedule: Spring: March 12th –March 24th; Summer: June 25th – July 7th and  Fall:  November 5th –November 17th

Parmarth Niketan Spiritual Retreat

  • Duration: 5 days
  • Experience: No
  • Instructions: English
  • Course includes yogic practices: Prayers, Pranayama, Mauna Dhyan, Sadhana,  Suryanamaskar, basic yogaasana, Mantra chanting, silent and guided meditation, Gita recitation,  Karma and Bhakti yoga, Ganga Havan and Aarti.
  • Yoga Schedule: Summer: June 11th – June 16h

Parmarth Niketan Weekend Spiritual Retreat

  • Duration: 2 days

  • Course includes yogic practices: The primary motto is relaxation, rejuvenation, and re-energies. Prayers, Pranayama, Mauna Dhyan, Sadhana,  Suryanamaskar, basics of yogaasana, Mantra chanting, silent and guided meditation,  Karma and Bhakti yoga, Ganga Havan and Aarti.
  • Yoga Schedule: New Year spiritual retreat: 30th December– January 1st; Summer: May 5th –May 7th  & August 4th –August 6th; Fall: September 22nd –September 24th and 2018 New Yea Spiritual Retreat: December 29th, 2017 –January 1st 2018    

 

Parmarth Niketan Yoga Teacher Training Course

  • Duration: 200 hours
  • Experience: Intensive Yoga or presently a yoga teacher
  • Instructions: English
  • Course includes yogic practices: The primary motto is to become a Yoga Teacher. Prayers, Pranayama,  Surya/Chandra Namaskar, traditional Hath basic of yoga asana, In-depth practice of yoga asana, Yoga in Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Teaching Methodology/Understanding, discipline and teaching abilities, Mantra chanting, silent and guided meditation,  Karma and Bhakti yoga, Ganga Havan and Aarti.
  • Yoga Schedule: October 1st –October 27th
