Antioxidants improve sperm and male fertility
A study conducted in University of Western Australia (UWA), showed that sperms are highly susceptible to free radicals (reactive molecules). But antioxidants have the ability to neutralize them.
People who take antioxidant foods like carrot, sweet potatoes, apricots, pumpkin, orange, soybean oil, broccoli, mangos and almonds have healthier sperms which affects in baby making too.
The sperm damage can be best defense through vitamin E and beta-carotene
